I Am Legend and Juno.

Posted on 12/31/07 at 8:32 PM | Last edited on 12/31/07 at 8:22 PM

Last day untill break is over so I'm just going to do two reviews at once.

I Am Legend:

Fresh!! Will Smith is pure awesome in this sci-fi/thriller. For those who are seeing it because it looks "scary" from the trailers, and want a horror movie dont go. This is not a horror movie and is barely scary and it is also not really an action movie until the second to last scene.

Smith is brilliant as he plays a man alone in New York. He acts out his character's slow creep towards insanity. Thats the part that unnerved me. Not that CGI monsters, it was his insanity. It started to freak me out. Any way good movie, see it if you want a good film for a Friday night, hell. watch it any night. Its a great movie and Smith is amazing,

Juno:

Fresh! .

Good, good. It was quirky and very good. Ellen Page was amazing but it didnt live up to my standards. When it said it was made by the people who made Little Miss Sunshine, I expected a great comedy that has a good message.

Juno was feel-good, had a hood message but it lacked much humour. The only thing that had humor was Juno herself's unnatural weirdness that no real person would do, but it was still good, fun and all that.

Anyway its a pretty good movie but sont take the kiddies. Though it ways Pg-13 it leans towards R.
